Founded in 2009, Pacific Equity Group (PEG) is an established Private Equity Real Estate Investment Firm. We seek to acquire assets at discounts to replacement cost/market value. We improve the properties through hands-on management and targeted value-add initiatives. We then exit at the right time at the right price to the right long-term buyer.

We originate, pre-fund and manage real estate investment deals in their own Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) funds and invite institutions, family offices and high net worth investors to co-invest with us in these tailored investments.

We have an active deal pipeline and investors can cherry pick which type of deals to participate in. We currently have various SPV funds in operation. Fund structures can range from one large investor to several. 

Since our establishment, our sole objective has been to achieve the best investment returns for our clients. We have established a track record of delivering superior risk adjusted performance within a rigorous deal underwriting and management framework.

Pacific Equity adopts a rigorous process in evaluating and underwriting each and every investment case. Our due diligence effort is intense and comprehensive. Similarly, deal execution and post-deal asset management are carried out with a laser focus on thoroughness and attention to detail.
