In today’s age, there is wide-spread and easy access to information. There is much competition to find great deals and then to execute them swiftly. We prefer to source our deals via a different approach. Over the years, we cultivated an extensive industry network and our partners have absolute trust and confidence to work with us. We are often shown off-market deals or are approached first-hand when an opportunity materializes. We have ample time to conduct extensive due diligence and are still able to lock in on a great deal before the competition.
