Korea

For South Korea,

One needs to get pass the idea of the ‘little rocket man’ and the tensions in that region. Our house view is that political tensions have been around for the last few decades with no real threat looming in the horizon. We truly believe that for the astute few, this presents a great opportunity to participate in real estate opportunities in a well regulated and developed OECD market economy.

In Seoul,

Yields have compressed almost 200 bps in the last 4 years and larger players now find it harder to enter this metropolitan city. However out of Seoul, there lies a plethora of low-hanging fruits.

Most foreign investors are afraid to enter 2nd tier cities in South Korea due to lack of knowledge or credible partners, which in our view are equally ripe for the taking.
